PPS Coaching Careers

Are you an experienced Body Composition Coach who wants to become part of a team that allows you to help more people without the stress of running your own business or paying rent to a Commercial gym?

Or are you new to the industry and want to be mentored by a world-class team while you kickstart your career as a fitness professional?

As PPS continues to grow and expand, we are always seeking new coaches who want to join us on our mission to help raise the standard of professionalism in the fitness industry while impacting the lives of others through strength training.

What are the Benefits of becoming a PPS Coach?

  • Secure Weekly Wage:
We aim to build sustainable careers in the fitness industry, and part of this is to provide more certainty and financial security for coaches to help them focus on what they do best.

  • Ongoing Education:
A true fitness professional never stops learning. We invest heavily in our team’s education and provide in-house mentoring and development to help our Coaches become world-class.

  • Rent-Free:
We don’t believe in charging Personal Trainers rent in our facilities. We provide a more stable platform for our team to help people while providing for their future.

  • Team-Based Culture:
PPS is a ‘We’ based culture. There’s no room for individuals in our team. As part of our team, you get the opportunity to work with like-minded Coach striving toward a common goal.

  • Family Like Community:
We are famous for our community, and as a PPS Coach, you become part of our family. This type of environment makes being a Coach so enjoyable; it barely feels like work at all.

  • We believe in practising what we preach at PPS:
Although prior Coaching experience isn’t essential, a background in Body Recomposition and Strength-Training is.

    Integrity

The ideal candidate will display these qualities and resonate with the mission of the business.

More about PPS:

Physique Performance Specialists was founded at our Morley location in 2016.

After working in a Commercial Gym for 2-years, I wanted to open my facility where I could specialise in Body Composition and Strength Training in a Community-Based environment that was more welcoming to the average gym-goer.

The vision was to provide a more professional and private environment for those who are usually ‘turned off’ by regular gyms or crowded group classes to come and transform their lives with the help of a team of expert Coaches.

After finding success in our niche and building a strong community, we were able to expand to 2 x more locations within the first 18 months (Yangebup and Wanneroo). And after even more growth, even with COVID happening around the world, we expanded once more and opened our 4th location in South Perth to allow us to cover most of Perth and change even more lives.

We’ve transformed the lives of 1000’s people who ‘weren’t usually gym’ people now using our 4 x key training principles:

  • Train to get Strong

  • Eat to Perform

  • Progress not Perfection

  • Measure it, Manage it

We don’t believe in crazy amounts of cardio, restrictive diets or magic pill supplements. Our transparent approach is designed to help raise the standard of professionalism in the fitness industry to build more trust within our community and make more of an impact.

We are looking for a passionate Body Composition Coach to join our team across Perth. We need your help to help more people and make our impact on the industry.
