The PPS Approach to Body Transformations

At PPS we do things a little differently to most other Gym’s
Most ‘fitness guru’s’ would suggest that to get in shape you need to ‘eat less’ and ‘move more’

And when your body adapts and this stops working they will suggest you should ‘eat even less’ and ‘move even more’

We don’t agree with these methods and find them to be a very unsustainable approach to body transformations.

Here’s our smarter and more sustainable approach:

Prioritise Performance Over Pain In The Gym For Greater Results

“Man I’m really sore after the workout, it must have really worked!”

“I could really feel the burn’

“I must be on track to burn all the fats and build all the muscles this week!”

Are you measuring your progress in the gym by ‘How much pain you inflicted’ or by ‘How well you actually performed?
